نعم. عند أول تشغيل اضغط «ابدأ ساعة الضيافة» على شاشة التفعيل، فتفتح لك سهرة ساعة كاملة بلا كود. حين تنتهي يطلب التطبيق الكود، وتبقى قائمتك ومكان توقفك محفوظين. الساعة مرة واحدة لكل جهاز.Yes. On first launch, tap “Start my guest hour” on the activation screen and Sahra opens for a full hour with no code. When it ends the app asks for a code — your list and your place stay saved. One guest hour per device.
ما هو كود التفعيل؟What is the activation code?
رقم من 6 خانات يفتح سهرة على أجهزتك. تبدأ مدة الاشتراك لحظة إدخاله، وتجد تاريخ الانتهاء في إعدادات التطبيق.A 6-digit number that unlocks Sahra on your devices. Your time starts the moment you enter it, and the app's Settings show the expiry date.
على كم جهاز يعمل الكود؟How many devices can use one code?
حسب باقتك: من جهازين حتى 12 جهازاً. أدخل نفس الكود على كل جهاز، سواء كان تلفازاً أو هاتفاً أو آيفون أو ماك.It depends on your plan: from 2 up to 12 devices. Enter the same code on each one — a TV, a phone, an iPhone or a Mac.
كيف أطلب الكود؟How do I order a code?
اختر باقتك واضغط «اطلبها عبر واتساب»، فتُفتح محادثة فيها رسالة جاهزة. نؤكد معك الطلب ونرسل لك الكود.Pick a plan and tap “Order on WhatsApp” — a chat opens with a ready message. We confirm your order and send you the code.
كيف أثبّت سهرة على الآيفون أو الآيباد؟How do I install Sahra on iPhone or iPad?
أول مرة فقط: سجّل جهازك من Safari وأرسل لنا رسالة. بعد أن نضيف جهازك، افتح صفحة التحميل في Safari واضغط «تثبيت على الآيفون».The first time only: register your device in Safari and send us a message. Once we add it, open the download page in Safari and tap “Install on iPhone”.
جهازي ليس فيه متجر للتطبيق، كيف أثبّته؟My device has no store listing — how do I install it?
اتبع دليل التثبيت: على أندرويد TV عبر تطبيق Downloader أو فلاشة USB، وعلى هاتف أندرويد بالتثبيت المباشر، وعلى الماك عبر «فتح على أي حال».Follow the install guide: Android TV through the Downloader app or a USB stick, Android phones by direct install, and the Mac via “Open Anyway”.
هل يعمل على شاشات سامسونج؟Does it work on Samsung TVs?
نعم. لشاشات سامسونج نسخة Tizen خاصة تُثبَّت عبر وضع المطوّر، ونساعدك فيها خطوة بخطوة. وتعمل سهرة أيضاً على أي جهاز أندرويد TV يوصل بالشاشة.Yes. Samsung TVs have their own Tizen version, installed through Developer Mode — we'll help you step by step. Sahra also runs on any Android TV box plugged into the TV.
أعدت تثبيت التطبيق، هل يضيع اشتراكي؟I reinstalled the app — is my subscription lost?
لا. أدخل نفس الكود على نفس الجهاز ويعود اشتراكك. وإن لم ينجح، أرسل لنا المعرّف الظاهر على شاشة التفعيل ونحلّها لك.No. Enter the same code on the same device and it comes back. If it doesn't, send us the ID shown on the activation screen and we'll sort it out.
لماذا يحتاج التطبيق الإنترنت عند فتحه؟Why does the app need the internet when it opens?
يتحقق التطبيق من اشتراكك عند كل تشغيل، ويستقبل الإشعارات والتحديثات. تأكد من الاتصال ثم اضغط «إعادة المحاولة».It checks your subscription at every launch and picks up news and updates. Check your connection, then tap “Retry”.
كيف تصلني التحديثات؟How do I get updates?
يخبرك التطبيق بكل تحديث في مركز الإشعارات (الجرس)، وتجد أحدث نسخة دائماً في صفحة التحميل. اشتراكك يبقى كما هو بعد التحديث.The app tells you about each update in its notification centre (the bell), and the newest version is always on the download page. Your subscription stays as it is.
